 These will prepare in my production kitchen the on my arrival at the venue presented on boards, served with crockery, cutlery and napkins based on a minimum of 20 guests. 

 

Cumbrian Charcuterie grazing platter

Selection of three different prosciutto, salami, sopressata, ham, cured sausage, speck and bresaola depending on availability of each of the products 

Appleby creamy Black dub blue, Eden valley brie and Edan Chieftain cheddar. 

Apple and Damson Hawkshead relish, fruits and nuts Peters Yard sourdough crackers. 

 

Northwest cheese grazing platter

Selection of local cheese few examples Kirkham’s Lancashire, Appleby creamy, Black dub blue, Eden valley brie, served with Peters Yard crackers, Hawkhead chutney various grapes, celery batons and fruit. 

  

Middle Eastern grazing platter

Char grilled Chicken breast Shawarma fillets 

Lamb kofta with tzatziki   

Lebanese filo, spinach and pea parcels served warm 

Falafels with Baba Ghanoush 

Middle eastern spiced cauliflower and sultana salad 

Roasted mixed heritage rainbow carrot dressed in a tahini dressing  

Artisan local breads 

Beetroot hummus, Olives, Garlicky whipped feta cheese. 

 

 

Spanish grazing platter

Freshly sliced serrano ham and chorizo selection 

Manchego cheese slices, sun blushed tomatoes, artichokes in olive oil 

Romesco dipping sauce, char grilled onions, Manzanilla olives, roasted pimientos, various melon slices, cherry tomatoes, figs, fruit and nuts. 

Spanish saffron potato salad,  white bean salad with peppers, tomatoes and olives with lemon dressing.
