Add a touch of theatre to your special day by choosing a self-carve menu. Nominate a guest from each table to be the carver. Your nominated carver will be given a carving knife & fork, chef’s hat & apron for him or her to show off their excellent carving skills.
Starters can be from the wedding breakfast selection, or we can design a sharing platter for your guests to enjoy including either homemade bread rolls, Local artisan breadbasket, gluten-free bread also available.

Presented to your table on a carving board with jugs of Gravy and served with bowls of Roasted Potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Make your own Eton mess I will present a large Meringue on a board topped with berries and Chantilly cream, jugs of fruit coulis.
Mini dessert boards covering tasty, sweet treats bite size.
Seasonal fruit, berries, clotted creams, Chantilly cream and homemade sweet biscuits board.
